I've been thinking about giving the 28 hour day system a try. It could be a fun experiment. I do indeed have trouble sleeping if I don't stay up until I'm exhausted, so being up for 20 hours then sleeping for 8 would actually work quite well for me. The problem is, I have no idea what I'd do with 20 hours every day.

It wouldn't be long before I hit the point where I'd want to go to sleep just for fun. In fact, I already do that.. Maybe I should try reversing this system so that it's 8 hours awake/20 asleep... Hmm, that has potential..

don't do it! it'll just mess up your circadian rhythm even more :( :(
