Right now I'm down in the sleep-all-day-because-I-stayed-up-late, stay-up-late-because-I-slept-all-day curve. A few more nights and I'll do an all nighter and have a decent schedule again. As for how long it'll last.... maybe a day or two? :P

this........... is not good. tsk tsk tsk my dear!!! your "sleep cycle" is scientifically called your circadian rhythm. go check it out! there's a bunch of stuff out there that tells you all about it so you can manipulate it to your advantage even better!
